Parmi les actions propos\u00e9es par ce projet, nous avons choisi l\u2019action \u00ab\u00a0Gaspillons Moins, Mangeons Mieux\u00a0\u00bb, qui vise la r\u00e9duction du gaspillage alimentaire, la valorisation des d\u00e9chets de restauration, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019offre alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que, du 23 au 27 Janvier 2023, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de cette action.
